Fully supporting internal Operations, Logistics and Kitchen teams with administrative support and all flight information while completing daily schedules to ensure low wastage while meeting the customer’s demand. Liaising with internal and external customers/British Airways/Tourvest while providing assistance to their queries in a quick and personable manner, investigating where needed to find the answer/solution. Ensuring the correct coordination and distribution of meals, special-, medical meals and flight information. Analysing data and providing all departments with information to ensure low wastage while meeting customer demands. Using BA systems/ Airvision to provide labels and information regarding meals.

Day to day administrative duties, managing and producing time critical information throughout the organisation. Working closely with my team to resolve any issues in order to maintain and improve our working practices wherever possible. Reviewing planning procedures when necessary to improve our performance within company guidelines. In relation to in depth usage and knowledge of new global IT platform and reporting systems. In my current role I have gained extensive knowledge and experience of the following key technical systems such as CB@se, Mesweb, CAT360, AIS flight information system together with the Germania and Flynas websites.
