Having over 11 years of experience in industries such as financial technology, utilities, insurance, and data visualization, I am skilled at quickly grasping new ideas and designing solutions effectively. My diverse background includes working on significant customer-oriented projects like Enercity, a leading German utilities company, where I played a key role in designing essential customer processes like onboarding, data collection, and bill payments for 2 years.I was a key member of the Climate Action Navigator with Oliver Wyman Forum team. Working closely with data analysts I produced a tool that was used at the UN Climate Change Conference (COP26) to aid discussion. Supporting the OW Digital team on Natwest project Bó, I contributed concepts to their first foray into the fintech space. At Instinct Digital I was part of design discovery for the Fund Explorer tool, a SaaS product that provides personalised fund reporting experiences.On projects I have managed the design team and stakeholders while producing consistent design output. Expanding my role I have become adept in project planning, hosting workshops, presenting and iterating concepts and conducting user research. I am agile trained and have worked on agile and waterfall projects.Since attaining a bachelors in Psychology, I am keenly interested in human behaviour and provides insights when conducting user research. Drawing on behavioural science principles aids my design process and helps focus on the user needs. I have a passion for editorial layout, typography, lettering, print and infographics which guides my approach when designing for digital.
