Responsible for three teams within the Orio Parts organization, Saab product development, Product category management including pricing and the Product information team. Responsible for the strategic work with keeping the portfolio of Saab spare parts up to date and attractive for the global network of customers. Introduction of new methods to keep advanced spare parts like engine control units available even after the production seized many years ago is I believe a great achievement.

Responsible for the engineering team at Orio AB in Trollhättan. Orio is the former Saab Automobile parts company and still the supplier of Saab Original parts to the existing global network of Saab authorized workshops.

Vänersborg

Manager for the product development team. Working closely with the sales team visiting customers worldwide mainly in the automotive sector. Since Wiretronic was newly started the focus was to build a strong global customer base and establish the company as a key player in the cable harness and diagnostic cables area. Implementation of ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 and starting the journey towards a ISO/TS 16949 was important and successful achievements in my role.

Trollhättan

Developing the business in to new areas. Expanding the portfolio to include diagnostics for trucks and diagnostics for periodical technical inspections for passenger cars, leading to new big key accounts and expanded business.Representing the company and the national garage equipment association (FVU) at the European Garage Equipment Association in legal matters concerning the right to original information from the global vehicle manufacturers. Also representing the company in the CITA organisation for periodical technical inspection on a global level.Represent the company at the Equipment and tools institute for the US aftermarket.Protecting the company's IP rights against infringement together with the Würth corporate lawyer.

Trollhattan And Gothenburg

Responsible for in house projects at the Trollhättan office, mainly projects for the Automotive industry. Turn key projects including the delivery of design, manufacturing, programming and installation of automated production equipment. Development projects for the SVO department at Saab Automobile including engine tuning, chassis and brakes development together with testing for a performance version of the Saab 9-5 Aero. Then 1.5 years as a project manager for inhouse projects in the Gothenburg office.

Working as a mechanical designer and project manager for prototype equipment as well as production equipment mainly for the body shop at Saab Automobile. Later on bigger automation projects including turn key installations. Taking the role as manager for the Trollhättan office.
