After Mr. Olstenius graduated from school he left Sweden to move to the United States. There he cofounded two technology companies that developed products within the data storage field. In 1997 he relocated to Taiwan where he founded yet another company that focused on the design of high-end Fibre Channel based RAID storage products. After selling his Taiwanese company to a US based storage company, Mr. Olstenius continued working for US based storage companies. Later he relocated to Bangkok, Thailand where he still resides today.In 2008 he founded JOC Consulting after completing successful negotiations with the Thai government regarding setting up a foreign owned business in Thailand. JOC Consulting received full BOI approval and operates under favorable conditions in Thailand. In the latter 10 years of his career Mr. Olstenius have worked exclusively in the cyber security area. Through his company JOC Consulting he provided security related consulting work for clients in the United States and Asia. He and his team of security engineers has been involved in all aspects of cyber security including designing and recommending cyber defense platforms, Intrusion Detection and Prevention systems, remote monitoring software, threat intelligence data feeds, deep packet inspection rules, malware analysis and more. In 2015 he founded Solida Systems International. The company develops and markets a series of cyber defense platforms and support software tools. Solida Systems International builds on the experience from JOC Consulting by adding product development to the portfolio as well.The company received full BOI approval and continues to operate under favorable conditions in Thailand.In 2019 Mr. Olstenius earned a Ph.D. in computer science based on his work in the field of fault tolerant data storage, specifically in the area of data duplication and deduplication.In 2020 Solida Systems International was acquired by Oneberry Pte Ltd, a Singaporean company. A new cyber defence company, Invisiron Pte Ltd, was spun off from Oneberry to take over all cyber security related business. Mr. Olstenius continues to manage Invisiron's Thai office and also servers as Invisiron's Chief Technology Officer.Mr. Olstenius is an extremely focused and dedicated individual. His experience in cyber security together with international business management is extensive.
