I was mainly sent with the technicians to visit other government offices which were having IT based problems such as slow computers or needed programs being installed, Printers were also included in the it department problems and patching networks as well. Setting up new computers and creating images for the computers were also some of the jobs I was given along with checking what the problem was with the faulty computers.

Leeds

As a student studying computing at Leeds Metropolitan University I gained basic skills on a number of different IT Sections, these include: Web development, computer security, Database work, Computer networking, programming and project management. Even though i learnt about different section i tried to base my uni experience on web development and focused my final year on web. Knowing a bit about every other field will be good to gain entrance into organisations and companies as i can also help out in different sections of a company and expand my knowledge on them.

There were a number of duties which I would undertake whilst working in saccone and speed, these were preparing the orders sent in by clients and making sure all the items desired were put on the truck for them to be able to deliver to the shops, bars and restaurants. Sometimes I would be sent out on the trucks to deliver the merchandise to the shops, bars and restaurants. This job was good as it helped in being able to work with a team as nothing here was done alone, it also helped in dealing with clients as whenever I was out on the trucks I had to talk to client and make sure everything was okay and also deal with money being handed over.
