About Johan Pieters

I am driven by a passion to add value, to develop and coach motivated and talented people and by a strong desire to see and learn new things. I do this by applying my excellent analytical skills, my ability to lead people and organizations and my pragmatism. I perform at my best in complex environments where I can build or improve a business process and/or an organization.Since 2019 I have built up a portfolio career where I divide my time over different areas that I have a passion for. At this moment I am a partner in two companies in the energy sector, I am the president of the Dutch Bridge Federation and I have a position as Core Lecturer at the Erasmus University in Rotterdam. Next to that I am coaching individuals and start-ups and I try to be a good husband, father and friend.
