- Support the accounting and finance department in performing accounting operations, bookkeeping functions, and other related clerical tasks.- Analyze and sort financial statements accordingly, evaluate account reconciliations and receivables, create financial reports, and update recent account information on the database.- Prepare and present financial reports to Vendors/Clients, ensuring accuracy and transparency.- Sustain consistent and proactive interactions with Vendors/Clients, ensuring robust financial relationships.- Recommend and implement new processes or systems to improve project efficiency and streamline workflows.- Conduct detailed and customized analysis of Client financials, ensuring adherence to budgetary constraints and providing insights for decision-making.- Identify opportunities for cost savings and operational improvements within Client budgets.

- Receive, store, codify and process Clients’ financial documentation (statements, invoices, revenue, etc.) for income tax preparation and accounting purposes, guaranteeing compliance with Canadian government regulations.- Keep constant and assertive communication with Clients, following up on their financial documentation to ensure accuracy within required deadlines.- Optimize existing and design new information storage and management processes, to speed up mechanical tasks & reduce execution and response times.- Forecast financial movements, based on information provided by Client.- Prepare and present reports and documents, optimizing clients tax preparation processes.

- Managing accounts and client relationship in different verticals and regions accomplishing a continued headcount increase for the company.- Analyze financial data and making informed decisions that align with client objectives and account goals.- Strengthening partnerships and identifying opportunities to expand business through new client acquisition and strategic initiatives

- Lead in different service and retention strategies to help company image and financial forecasts.- Strategical planning and execution of actions that lead to overachieving operational results.- Showcase weekly, monthly, quarterly results to leadership and final client.

- Guide and develop groups of 15-20 employees on reaching personal and professional goals.- Comply with operational targets allowing different recognitions in the role.
