The eeeDays is the largest career fair for Business, Economics and IT-students in the nordic region. My main responsibility was organizing Career interviews where students had the opportunity to meet potential future employers on a more intimate level, away from the busy fair. In total, 455 interviews were held by 20 companies during the two days of the fair. These all had to be coordinated and scheduled, along with accommodating requests from the hosting companies. This demanded someone who was structured, solution oriented and service minded. My work with eee2019 honed all these competences, as well as it made me get a better insight in the business community.
