On a professional level my focus and motivation include all the technical aspects of the IT development process. Starting with detailed requirements, system design, prototyping, UX/UI design, implementation, testing, release, and monitoring. I started my career as a system developer in process control and embedded real-time systems. In this position I developed smaller and larger systems for industrial process control and for monitoring of heating, cooling, and ventilation in buildings.I worked with PLC programming for the industry, in C/C++ for real time systems and in assembler developing support for new hardware. Technical tests were often included in my job as developer and after 11 years I decided in 2000 to shift focus into application performance and technical testing. During this time, I worked in the gaming industry supporting system and application performance of online gaming. After 7 years I switched to banking and was for 9 years responsible for all performance testing at a major bank in Sweden.In 2016 it was time to move on to a new role as product owner and product evangelist for a performance test platform. During this time, I was responsible for the company’s performance test product and the customer success working with customers in Sweden, USA, and UK.After another 4 years I shifted into IoT and my current role working 60% with development and 40% as IoT Product owner. Today am working on developing a new backend system for receiving, storing, and analyzing large number of metrics from IoT devices.On the personal level I value highly creative work environments and coaching highly motivated teams that delivers real value.
