Keeping together a small scrum team of 4 developers in the daily work, which constantly is working towards more automated testing and continuous delivery of the teams application. Applications which are integrated towards MasterCard and VISA and are running 24/7 in production, providing card payment processing for one of the biggest card issuing banks in the country. Also creating and maintaining smaller services that exposes API's to the rest of the company.

Worked in the Scrum team "Team EMV"​ for three and a half year which is in charge of developing, testing and maintaining authorization and clearing back end applications within the Card & Mobile Payments department of Crosskey.As an application manager I am also in charge of the 24/7 production environments - making sure that all our customers'​ customers can use their cards every second of the year...In the beginning of 2015 our department saw the need to start automating a lot more than we've already automated so we created a new team, "Team Automation" and our focus is to develop processes and tools for our department to use in their every day work. The maintenance of the production environment was also moved to this team.
