Coordinate and take care of customers around the world, answering order requests about stock and delivery times and investigate and solve customers' problems. We are the hub of contact both internally and externally and handle a large network of contacts between both different departments and other international Customer Service Centers within Stora Enso. The work involves everything from order and transport bookings to invoicing and customer forecast. Involved in full supply chain from sales, to orders arriving at customer. Daily customer contact through emails and calls to all around the world. Working side by side with sales, supply chain planners and warehouse. Working daily in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Teams, Sharepoint, SAP, OTM, IWMS, CRM and Optivision.
