My Background and experience are in the Automotive Manufacturing and Project Engineering environment and has been developed over a 19 year period within various Engineering disciplines within Manufacturing. I Have also gained my experience from Four Different Automotive Manufacturers, One Being a Bus Body Builder, the other Manufacturer Brands Hosted by these manufacturers were Nissan, Hyundai, Volvo, Land Rover, Mazda & Ford thus having a perspective from East to West. In my current Job as VOME Manager My main job functions are to co-ordinate process related functions of all future programs in Body , Paint and FAE. The functional jobs are process control , method improvements, change control, new model vehicles planning - which includes Capacity planning, Budget Planning, Facility planning, Ergonomic planning, Factory layout planning, and Process equipment planning, Continuous improvement planning (Kaizen) and implementation & project implementation.My Most recent successfull achievement I was part of was the new T6 Ford Ranger export program, Launched Early 2012. My previous Job was Production Plant Manager for a CKD Bus Body building factory (CAIO Buses), . I joined a Bus Body builder company April 2009 as Plant Manager for their CKD operation were responsible for the facility as well as the production of Bus Bodies the Bus Manufacturer being Ciao Bus Bodies on various chassis which include Volvo, Mercedes, Iveco, Isuzu, Volkswagen, Scania & Toyota including the Launch of the Gautrain Buses for the 2010 World Cup Train project . My main job functions were to co-ordinate all day to day plant activities to ensure we manufacture Buses on a scheduled production plan. I was responsible for the complete pipeline of activities from kit ordering through logistics’ into warehousing into line supply. I was also responsible for new model launch planning from Project Feasibility Studies of new models.\
