Technology and technological development has always attracted me to learn more and develop myself. However after studying at Chalmers University and worked as a Naval Architect in the industry for some time, I have learned that the technology is secondary in a successful business. The success is due in large part to the group of people working together. A well-functioning organization with devoted co-workers can deliver so much more than the individuals can do by themselves.The work as a manager is to learn how to bring out the best of people to deliver a successful product. But to be able to deliver a satisfactory results over and over again you need to improve not only yourself but also the environment you are working in. In recent years I have realized that these are, not only the challenges that are the most difficult to solve, but also the most interesting area to work within.
