After left Ogilvy Group Sweden in 2006 I started my own design and advertising agency. Running my own company with 8 employees the day to day work consisted in work as a Strategist, Account Director, Creative Director, Copywriter and Communications Manager and of course new business.Between May 2013 and September 2021 Glädje has been inactive. During these years I have worked as Marketing Manager for Lisagruppen and as Product and Marketing Manager for Picard. Now I am available as consultant or for hire.

I am since March 2017 Product and Marketing Manager for Picard Sweden.Since May 2019 I am also head of our Inhouse agency that is responsible for all marketing for our own stores and also the B2B in Sweden ( ICA, COOP, City Gross, Mathem and Paradiset).At Picard my work consists of strategy and marketing planning, execution and development of the new store concept (implemented in Norway 2019 and will roll out in Sweden during 2020). All marketing communication, creation and media planning is done by our inhouse agency which I built up from scratch.In my Product Manager role I am responsible for the product range, sales statistics and aslo identifying new products which are suitable for Sweden and Norway. Frequent travels to Picard France is thus part of the job.

As a board member at Destination Järvsö my work consisted in developing the destination focusing on making the resort an attractive all year destination. I was also in charge of the development of the graphic identity and the communication platform.

At Lisagruppen I worked for three and half years as Marketing Manager, where you foremost find the famous brand Lisa Elmqvist Delicatessen store and Restaurant. At Lisagruppen my work consisted in analysis, planning and development of the group's various brands at both strategic and operational levels, both internally and externally.

For Ogilvy Group Sweden I created and was in charge of the inhouse art work studio. In total we were 20 employees which produced all the art work for our national and international external clients.

Ogilvy Design was the design agency within Ogilvy Group Sweden which I created and was in charge of. The design agency constisted of 8 employees which work with both national and international brands.

Brando Design was part of the Sexton 87 advertising group which I started in 1998. Our biggest client an assigment was the re-design of several of the Swedish Match snus brands such as General Snus.

The advertising agency Sexton 87 was created in February 1989 by myself and two partners. During the years to come we started six other companies in the communication sector. In 1998 we sold our companies to Ogilvy & Mather.

At Atlas Resor, one of Sweden's largest tour operators I work with the groups marketing and sales for the international market. At the time we worked with Sweden's number one advertising agency which inspired me to work even more with marketing and creation. Thus leaving the company and starting my own advertising agency bringing Atlas Resor along as a client.

Sales, marketing, discovering and testing new ski resorts in the Alps. A dream for every one who loves nature, skiing, service and making the clients to come back again.
