BioArctic AB (publ) is a research-based biopharmaceutical company focusing on disease modifying treatments and diagnostics for neurodegenerative diseases, such as Alzheimer’s disease and Parkinson’s disease. BioArctic is listed on Nasdaq Stockholm Mid Cap.My assignment at BioArctic was to create a finance function that meets the requirements of a listed company, which has included implementation of internal control procedures, financial manual, financial processes, and systems. I have also been responsible for the preparation of the financial parts in the interim/annual reports and budget/forecasts. I have also developed a new management reporting package and been involved in questions around taxes.

Cabonline is Europe’s leading service provider to the taxi industry with revenues of approximately SEK 6 billion. Cabonline Group is owned by H.I.G Capital since April 2015.Responsibility for preparing consolidated accounts, coordinating and supporting the subsidiaries regarding accounting and reporting as well as overall responsibility for tax matters. Responsible for the Swedish and Norwegian finance function, which included responsibility for 7 employees. In addition to this, I was involved in the implementation of IFRS and in coordination and set-up of financial systems within the group.

Sefina Svensk Pantbelåning is the largest pawnbroker in the Nordic with 20 stores around Sweden and revenues of approximately SEK 200 million. Member of Sefina's management team and had responsibility over 4 employees (Finance, Payroll and IT). My main responsibilities were financial steering of the business, preparing budget/forecasting, management reporting, annual reports and consolidated accounts in accordance with IFRS and managing contact with auditors and creditors. During my time at Sefina was I involved in the planning and execution both of opening new stores and acquiring stores. In addition to this, I was involved in two sales processes of the company, a started IPO, implementation of SOX and change of ERP system.

Fred Butler (business closed in 2011) was a part of The Linde Group which is the world's largest industrial gas Group. Fred Butlers business was to provide environmentally friendly dry cleaning.Responsible for the financial reporting of the Swedish operations both internally within Fred Butler as well to Linde. Other duties were to lead the work of the finance department where I had responsibility for 3 employees, business cases for investments, cost and pricing calculations and support the Area Manager for Sweden on financial issues. I was also involved in the implementation of a new accounting system (Navision) and I managed the financial reporting for Fred Butlers business in the Netherlands for 4 months.

BDO is the world's fifth largest auditing firm. At BDO, I worked with auditing, advisory, annual reports and tax issues for mainly small and medium-sized companies and its owners.
