Result:- Reduction of a 0.15% of 5.5M Cells/day $300.000/Month.

(Profits: $1MMoth), and increasingproductivity achieving production goals 450 Bpm.- MRP (MaterialRequirements Planning) project. Goals:- Depurate Material Requirements Planning (MRP) system.- Reinsertion of $5M of parts sitting at the main warehouse.Results:- Moved 75% ($3.8M) of all the parts sitting at the warehouse between all 4 plants to use it on maintenance routines.- Improving purchases of parts and internal parts requisitions for the preparation/execution of preventive/reactive maintenance plans/routines.- Putting $3.8M back into the process improving profits for the company.
