Build and manage a SolarWinds environment.Modules:- Network Performance Monitor- Network Configuration Manager- Server & Application MonitorPrimary Activities:* Making sure the environment is healthy and updated.* Optimize performance from the application and (MSSQL) Server.* Expanding the environment when needed (with scalability engines).* Managing user rights within the software.* Building alerts (with auto remediation).* Building reports.* Building widgets with SWQL/SQL queries.* Resolving issues/problems from users.* Contact with SolarWinds support to resolve complex issues within the environment.* Analyzing log and event files to troubleshoot issues.Secondary Activities:* Gathering and presenting information for audits.* Periodic health checks.* Dispatching work within the team.
