Responsible for ensuring the successful implementation of custom solutions for South African clients. This includes rolling out projects in the mining, retail, construction, finance, logistics, security, and agricultural industries. Furthermore, responsible for churn prevention and customer retention through proactive account management.

Key part of the team that was tasked with designing and implementing a comprehensive business development strategy, focusing on creating a steady stream of high-quality leads to pass to the Business Development Team. This included conducting market analyses, nurturing email campaigns, writing and developing calling scripts, and conducting cold calls and high level process discovery meetings with senior executives at large South African businesses.

Responsible for lecturing Business Management to large groups of up to 300 students. Additionally, responsible for the administrative tasks associated with educating roughly 1500 first year students.
