During my working life I have gained a lot of know how and experience being a project-, operational- and general manager within the Europese high-tech manufacturing industry in the field of product development, Design for eXcellence (DfX), Value Engineering and Manufacturing Architecture.In many cases significant technical, organisational and/or commercial challenges were requested:• projects with a size or technical complexity which was new for a company,• projects having challenging deadlines, • setting up new activities for a company such as e.g. product-development within a manufacturing company,• implementing or developping new production-technologies,• setting up a Quality Management System,• preparing an organisation for a next fase in their life regarding maturity or operational excellence.I VALUE:• Open and honoust communication.• In case of problems I always seek for systematic causes and improvements instead of chasing persons who might have caused the problem,• I like to motivate, stimulate, coach and support people to cooperate with each other, and to develop themselves continuously.• I prefer to be involved in the total lifecycle of products or projects from the quotation phase up to and uncluding the delivery to customers,• A coaching management style is much more sustainable than managing based on “power”.SPECIFIC PERSONAL SKILLS AND KNOW HOW:- Project Management, - All kinds of production technologies,- Value Engineering,- Product- and production development,- Design for Excellence (DfX),- Manufacturing Architecture,- ISO 9001, ISO/TS 16949 en ISO 13485,- 8D Problem Solving.
