•Full technical and commercial responsibility for MV Repairs Section.•Management of all staff in the CB / Relay Repairs / Procurement / Engineering support / Training / Spares Sales and Production.•Direct liason with customers / PM's /Support Engineers /Design Engineers / Suppliers /FES/ locally and overseas.•Efficient Scheduling and prioritising of MV CB / Relay / Training / Engineering support and production.•Responsible for ensuring that all repairs and production are completed within time, budget and to customer satisfaction.•Structure service offerings with customers on an ongoing basis to achieve customer confidence in ABB.•Developing and Training of personnel.•Assisting with technical investigations. •Achieving business growth in all sections. of responsibility•Monthly in depth reviews of service contracts reviewing profits and losses.•Overall responsibility for Support engineering process and works procedures related to service.•Actively involved on all levels of business material stock levels / Import & Export costs /Sox compliance /Costing modules and national for developing best practices for service.
