Seconded to Transit Systems to provide expert injury management advice across workers compensation claims, return to work strategies, as well as assisting in the early development of internal injury management policies and procedures. Responsibilities included coaching management and operational staff across multiple sites in Greater Sydney region, facilitating claims review meetings with the nominal insurer, implementing strategies to achieve optimal health outcomes for injured workers, as well as working towards mitigating claims cost and durations.

Four-month secondment as an Injury Management Advisor for IAG. Responsible for providing clinical and technical expertise in the assessment and management of Motor Vehicle Accident claims. Responsibilities included collaborating with Claims Advisors, Technical Advisors, and the Injury Management team to develop and guide appropriate treatment and rehabilitation strategies for injured persons. This was an excellent opportunity to develop further understanding of the NSW CTP scheme and State Insurer Regulatory Authority bodies, as well as develop proficiency in the effective application of scheme supports, enabling best health outcomes for injured claimants.
