Obigo Browser maintenance team leader (Object leader) In March 2007 I was appointed team leader for Obigo Browser maintenance at Global Customer Services in Lund. This function is responsible for managing the support activities for the Obigo Browser and maintains and improves the quality of the code. Customers report errors and file change requests and it is my responsibility to make sure customers receive the support in accordance with their respective support contracts. I have a skilled team of about 15 support software engineers and software experts in various areas to which I assign reported customer issues and make sure they are solved, on time with the right quality. I lead the daily browser support activities, am responsible for the technical quality of the product, and plan ahead for the releases of service packs.

I was part of the browser R&D team working as expert in web browser technologies, software architect, designer, developer, module responsible, team leader and deputy project leader. Programming was in ANSI C. My areas of expertise in the Obigo browser were designing and implementing support for WML, DOM, HTML, XHTML and JavaScript. The Browser R&D team was responsible for developing a web compliant browser for mobile phones. Requirements were full HTML support with small memory usage and efficient handling of documents and their resources (images, video, sound etc.)

Working as software developer with responsibility for header parts of the WSP/HTTP protocols in the WAP Gateway/HTTP proxy. Programming was in C++. Clear Case responsible within software developer team.
