To develop my own leadership skills I took a job as course assistant in a course in leadership at KTH. From the course I learned the basic theories of leadership and a great deal about groupdynamics. I started to play handball when I was ten years old and since then it has been my number one sport. For many years I was the Team Captain of my team and when I was 15 years old I got the chance to coach a junior team. This was my first-time leadership experience and I took part of an education in becoming a licensed handball coach. During this five-year commitment I learned about taking responsibility for others, inspiring people, and the skill to teach and instruct beginners.
