Since 1999 worked as a sailing instructor and host for corporate sailing events in a vide range of forms. During these events I have had the roll of skipper as well as project leader. The latter implies staff liability as well as planning and logistics of the events.

Castellum is one of the sponsoring companies at the annual sailing regatta Match Cup Sweden, a World Matchracing Tour event. I have during several years been employed as an expert commentator/host for the guests of Castellum during the event.

Head of operations of the sailing camps of the Royal Gothenburg Yacht Club includes responsibility for a total of 300 pupils and 45 sailing instructors yearly. This was performed as a part-time project employment on a yearly basis with responsibilities including seasonal planning, staff liability, budget responsibility, recruitment and contact with parents.

VCBS is an affiliate to Volvo Cars Corporation where I have been involved in several project at a part time basis. Primarily customer surveys via telephone and also a range of customer activities such as test drives in various parts of Sweden.

Primarily within the discipline of matchracing. Initiated SVEA Sailing Team in 2003. During a period of three years, a full time commitment to competitive sailing was undertaken. Besides matchracing also big boat and offshore racing. The team was established within top 50 in the world and raced the world elite. In addition to the sporting side of the project the campaign also involved finding financial backing and PR. More recently, matchracing in a team ranked top ten in the world.

Amongst other, chairman of the sailing school group, and deputy chairman of the “junior committee” with responsibility of the coordination of the yacht club’s six educational areas.
