Promoted from Technical Trainer to Senior Technical Trainer I have the opportunity to provide support and mentorship to Technical training team.

As Lead webinar technical trainer, I am responsible to provide Webinar technical training to all levels of Ford Technicians within Australia and New Zealand. This includes developing presentation material and sourcing components and tools to enhance learning impact. Initiating optimization solutions towards webinar training puts Ford at the forefront of web based training and enables all Ford technicians to receive the training they require to ensure exceptional customer service. In addition to webinar training, I provide problem solving assistance to Ford Technicians and Foremen in Australia and New Zealand

My responsibilities included training all Ford Technicians and Master Technicians Nationally on New model technologies and Modular training. Furthermore, my responsibilities required offering problem solving assistance to Technicians and Master Technicians. In addition to the above, I was responsible for attending a "train the trainer" event in China and creating New Model training material.

Provided technical training to motor mechanic apprentices, assess and moderate learners. Creating lesson plans according to the 360 degree principle. Maintaining all the training material.

Diagnosing electrical and mechanical problems.Automatic transmission overhauls.Major engine repairs. Assisting foreman.

Diagnosis of all electrical and mechanical problems. Delivering assistance to all other technicians. Assisting front line staff-explaining technical issues to customers. Direct link between Citroen head office as well as France. Managing the workshop side of dealership.
