As a process coordinator I worked on monitoring the efficiency of the first sorting process while managing 30 workers.

As a transport planner I have managed the day to day operations for a province in the Netherlands. In this role I was responsible for making an efficient and feasible planning for the delivery of mail and packages, while taking costs and regulations into account.

As a strategic planner I contributed to a project focused on making the mail delivery process more sustainable and efficient. By introducing scooters and changing the existing delivery process and routes I was part of design and implementation of a new national plan. This resulted in a more eco-friendly way of mail delivery, while keeping high standards in speed and efficiency.
