Solutions Sales is Telia's common unit for corporate sales. The unit is responsible for the marketing and sale of Telia's telecommunication services, comprehensive solutions and communication systems integration services close towards corporate customers in Sweden and Finland as well as multinational corporate customers in the Nordic region. The starting point is the solutions we can offer our customers based on our and partners' products / services / applications as well as integration in the customer environment and business. Business Process Architect (BPA) responsibility is to identify and implement industry-specific trends and show how we can assist our customers in these areas. Need of understanding and be able to translate customer needs / business requirement and expression of desire of value in the quotation and / or solution. Leading client meetings to collect the wishes, requirements and analyze data to solve the task, for example by doing needs analysis, suggest alternative approach and value for the customer or client, revise the existing solution, etc. BPA is working integrated with units within Telia and have a responsibility to provide feedback for the development of this service area as well as educate and inform colleagues about the area of expertise.
