My role currently involves a broad spectrum of responsibilities including: consulting, training, research and development, planning and implementation of solutions with the range of the Kaseya Product Set. I am tasked to find solutions using the Kaseya Suite of Products which requires me to have expert knowledge of the product set. FSM’s, CSR’s, our IT team and other departments look to me for solutions they face within our client's environments.Trained and experienced to setup VSA, SQl etc. and Kaseya related products in an Azure environment. Installation and configuration of Traverse and AuthAnvil systems.

I have been consulting with various companies in the last few months and have done more than one Kaseya improvement project whereby I assist and implement Kaseya automation for the client. This also included training of staff, planning and designing of the Kaseya framework according to the needs of the customer. I also liaise between clients and Kaseya regarding relations, technical needs and concerns. I have extensive knowledge of the Kaseya framework and its modules.

Managing and developing our total Kaseya Solution for our Managed Services Solution. Responsible for the entire solution. Helping and empowering our Desktop Support team via automated solutions. Responsible for the Network monitoring of our infrastructure via Kaseya Network Monitor tool.Solutions being used is Patch Management, Auditing and Inventory, Software Delivery, Antivirus and Procedure process driven automation and monitoring.

Did desktop and server support as well was the Senior GroupWise administrator at Department of Rural Development for Sizwe. Was senior GroupWise administrator for the whole department countrywide which spanned -+ 5000 user and 70+ Post office. At the same time doing the Microsoft server and domain infrastructure and doing support on Microsoft servers country wide.
