Joined SAAB Automobile early 1995 as material controller. After a couple of months I became acting Logistic manager for SAAB in Södertälje and finally Manager Machining. As Manager Maching as was responsible for three departments (crank shaft, cylinder head and cylinder block). Work a lot with our production concept QLE/H meaning SAAB´s lean concept from 5S, SMED and Poka Yoke to visualizing.
