A segment that was not growing and highly competitive. As CEO I was responsible for the repositioning of SFT Bredbandsgruppen to Smartify, targeting the growing smart homes market. The share of revenues from the smart home market grew from some 5 % to 50 % over two years.I was personally responsible for large accounts like Elgiganten/Elkjøp, Telenor, Nent Group and IP Only. I was responsible for the acquisition of the crowd sourcing technicians company Tech Troopers AB.

Generic Mobile is telecom operator focusing on messaging services. I was appointed CEO in the aftermath of the financial crisis in 2008 - and had to start by significantly reducing the costs. From there we could grow profits again and work on operational quality improvements. Growth primarily from the SMS business. Personally acquired and grew some of the largest and most prestigious accounts like SOS Alarm AB, Securitas, and Sveriges Radio.

First years at McKinsey I worked as a generalist and gained a broad experience from different industries and issues, e.g., several larger change programs within Pulp and Paper, process industry, transportation, and finance sector.Joined McKinsey Business Technology Office (BTO) in 1997. McKinsey´s initiative of business oriented IT consultancy.- I focused on strategy and business plan development within telecom and Internet/E-commerce.- Industry experience from telecom operators, telecom equipment vendors, mobile telephony, and Internet Service Providers.Over the years I gained international experience, with longer projects in Zürich, Brussels, London, and Oslo.
