In this role, I prepare the journal entries for month-end closing, I assist with the year-end and monthly ledger account audit and reconciliation. I partook in a few special large projects, such as requesting all the vendor's W9s and updating their information in our system, another one was gathering all the data needed to get to create the adjustments need to get into ASC842 compliance.In my prior at Biagi as a customer service representative, I managed over 25 winery accounts, built and maintained strong client relationships with excellent communication and customer service skills. I also created and processed monthly invoices, coordinated and oversaw projects, and trained and motivated new employees.
