As a Project assistant at Tænketanken EUROPA, I was helping collecting data to be used in analyses and research papers. During my time at Tænketanken EUROPA, I also produced analyses of the concluded elections in Austria and the Czech Republic, as well as a publication on the Visegrad group and political developments in East- and Central Europe.

First experience leading a team and the various conflicts that can occur in a fast-paced environment. Learned the importance of being structured and well-organized in order to create an efficient work environment. My main responsibility was to run the logistical department of the company, as well as providing customer service and bookkeeping of orders. My jobposition has changed from being mainly/only focused on logistics, to being an all-around part of the company helping out whereever I am needed.

During my internship at ICLD, I produced briefings and background materials for Kunskapscentrum, which is a think-tank at the organization specializing in the newest research on local democracy and development strategies. between municipalities in Sweden and in partner countries. I also assisted in administration and strategy meetings at Kommunala Partnerskapsprogram – a department facilitating strategic investments between municipalities in Sweden and in partner countries.

AIESEC is a student organization providing professional training and internships for students. My main responsibilities were to facilitate and maintain ties with other organizations. I ran a team of five members and together we created events, promotional material and maintained the public profile of AIESEC Lund.
