RXP got acquired by Capgemini through a merger so the above role is a continuation of this role.

Was responsible at Toyota to work on a Green-fields project, Online Service Booking, to help introduce Digital Transformation at Toyota, including CI/CD, Cloud-first, and Microservices with the Solutions Architect to help design the system then to build it. Accountable to ensure the team had the correct persons (skills and personality), and then during the project life-cycle that they had no technical obstacles or blockers by providing guidance and solving complex problems.
