Responsible for Information Security within the Sectra group. Developing and improving information security controls, processes & policy's for the group including all its business units and subsidiaries in 10 countries, this to improve internal security as well as security in our products and solutions. Managing the implementation and maintenance of ISO27001 including 27017 & 27018. Conducing security audits internally and on critical suppliers. Heading the security incident respons team. The scope of responsibility also covers data privacy and data protection, e.g. GDPR & HIPAA, as Data Protection Officer. An important part of the role is supporting Country Managers and Sales Staff in customer meetings in regards to security and privacy. Examples on major projects:- Extend the scope of the ISO27001 certificate from initially only covering internal IS/IT to cover all our business units and successfully passing all external audits. - Successfully lead the crisis team at the headquarter during the WannaCry ransomware attack 2017.- Headed the GDPR task force that implemented GDPR within the Sectra Group in 2018.- Since 2019 supplier/vendor representative at the Swedish Contingency Agency (MSB) security forum for Healthcare providers.- Managed the implemented of ISO27017 and ISO27018 in 2020.

Working with continues improvement of Sectras agile development and testing practices at the same time ensuring that the products, processes and tools are regulatory compliant with e.g. FDA, MDD, CMDR, ISO13485, ISO14971 etc. Also working with clinical safety, supplier evaluations, internal audits and audits of our international partners. (Sectra have Class I & Class II Software only products.) Examples:- Developed and rolled out a new development framework to 7 development organisations at 5 offices in 3 countries.- Passing several external audits of ISO9001, ISO13485, MDD, CMDR and FDA.- Converted non-medical software products to approved and CE marked Medical Devices- Successfully integrated two new development teams in UK into the Sectra Way of working

Line manger and head of the Test Department for Sectra's radiology products PACS & RIS. One important action was to change the testing from a traditional scripted approach into a context driven approach and introduced exploratory testing. By doing this we have significantly increased the effectiveness of each tester which is one key element to better product quality. During this period me and the development manger also removed the old project structure with one development project and one test project and merged them into one project and later also introduced agile practices and scrum with cross functional teams. These moves have saved a lot of money (e.g. reducing release testing with 60%), made us more flexible (e.g. we can release tested patches to the marked on demand with a record of 2 patches within 4 days compared to several months before) and at the same time increased the quality of our products.

Project & quality management of large (approx 100MSEK of value), complex, international projects. One main project I worked on, where I was running the project office, was to replace the old switching system for Bank Cards & ATMs in Finland. This was a high profile project that required monthly reporting meetings to the CFO & CTO of Logica plc (in London) as well as steering group meetings with the customer CEO & CTO. The other high profile project was a telecoms project in south of Sweden.

E.g. - Created a standard contract (template) to be used for all new sales - Supported the sales managers and sales staff in commercial & contractual aspects- Set up a reporting structure for all projects- Supported all project managers regarding project finances, reporting & delivery issues.

Project & quality management of large, complex, international projects.The largest project was to deliver the Telecoms IT-systems to a Norwegian 3G startup (Broadband Mobile). I was assigned as the internal facing project manager running the 60 staff strong project team (from 5 countries) setting up joint working processes assuring the project was run on time to budget. I also did all the HW vendor negotiations with both HP & SUN and with final negotiations with their Norwegian CEO.I also worked as Bid Manager for two large (100MSEK) bids that we won, one in Telecoms and one in Bank&Finance.
