Team is responsible to secure material availability, Capacity verification and Manage supplier relationship for Electronics and Electro Mechanics components in High Volume Production. (Total of 12 Commodities and 100+ Suppliers) Member in Global Commodity Team, responsible for Company High Volume Sourcing Strategy.Escalation point for any material / Supply / Supplier issues impacting production. Drive and manage Supplier performance, QBR's, and supplier improvement activity.Key achievements:Built up and established a well-recognised team of Commodity Buyers in Asia and improved staff performance.Developed and implemented a new Differentiated Supply Chain process that resulted in significant decrease in number of material shortages that impacted production.

Main responsibility to secure capacity at suppliers for long term perspective, up to 18monts.Negotiate with suppliers when closing down production to minimize phase out cost.Member of Global Commodity team, (GCT). GCT has the overall commercial responsibility forsupplier s, incl price negotiations, supplier selections, supplier performance etc.

Buy spare-parts for global repair of mobile phonesOwner of service tool management, including supplier ownership, supplier selection, negotiation, contracts. Project member in implementing of operational processes for Global handling of Returns. Responsible areas are Supply Management and Warehouse Management. Negotiated and managed major suppliers, concerning prices, lead times, and flexibility / liability discussions after End of Production until End of Support.

Production planning and material planning towards production lines. Responsible for several main suppliers and project leader for continuous improvements. Main responsibility in forecasting, inventory levels and inventory turnover.
