I am an Senior OD Consultant in Healthcare and owner of a home-based travel business (with numerous certifications). I enjoy employee-and leadership development, but also to enrich my life and lives of my travelers through unique travel experiences. Our travel business started in 2003 and I have joined St. Joseph's Healthcare Hamilton in August 2017. From June 2012 to August 2017, I functioned as the Organizational Development & Learning Consultant for North York General Hospital. During this period I was involved in a number of exiting initiatives including annual engagement surveys, the development of an electronic Performance & Development Process, a new onboarding process for managers, Harvard Manage Mentor, the Leadership & Organizational Development Consortium (LODC), and many workshops related to leadership and personal & professional development.From December 2009 to February 2012 I have managed & coordinated Training & Development for the Maple Reinders Group in Canada. During 2010 I've established the Maple Reinders Centre for Learning and developed four courses / workshops which were accredited by the Canadian Construction Association as Gold Seal Certified. A two- day seminar, GridWorks, received Gold Seal Accreditation in 2011.I taught Organizational Behaviour as Sessional Professor in 2008 & 2009 at the DeGroote School of Business of McMaster University in Hamilton, Ontario. From 2004 to 2008 I taught various evening classes in the Business Department at Redeemer University College in Ancaster, Ontario.The period 2003-2006 was an excellent learning school in Business Development. During this time, I set up over a hundred and sixty new distribution points for a transportation equipment company in Canada and the U.S.A.
