Maj 2009, og indtrådte samtidig i Site Management teamet. 1 Januar 2010 blev Johan udnævnt til Produktionschef med det over-ordnede ansvar for hele produktionen under vores restrukturering. I took over responsibility of the cost center at my own initiative for three months in early 2008 in connection with a colleague having found new challenges outside of MAN Diesel.Project Management: Responsible for cross-cutting project due to extension of the administration.Results and benefit:• One-way organization that could handle growth and implemented continuous improvement on the basis of Lean. • Delivery compliance increased by approx. 50% from 2007 to 2008 and reached an output increase of 36% without additional staff.• "Potential Candidate" in the MAN Group's talent program and as a result, promoted to Senior Manager as at 1 January 2009.

Segmented and categorized suppliers in order to provide high customer service and optimize the yield of the consumed time.Results and benefit:• Contributing to the CR plants’ success in delivering finished pumps in less than 12 hours for production to order products”. Simultaneously a performance increase of 45%, while preserving an inventory reduction of 10%.• Automation of release of min. 50% of the procurement order lines and reducing the number of order lines by 17% without any increase in stocks.
