Current- Working as Data Analyst within Store Checkout, focusing on improving/optimizing Physical tills and App checkout in store. Highlights:
- Enable User Tracking: Setting up user tracking on the new POS system in store. Planning and documenting the entire tracking structure. Has never been done on physical H&M POS.
- Building & Improving Power BI Dashboard: Responsible for PBI dashboards that focuses on Till usages within H&M Stores. Aims to generate insights that can help optimize Store and till planning/structure. Large amount of.
- Maintaining and optimizing Python based A/B test tool for Physical stores: The A/B tool is used to test effect of Self-checkout tills on Conversion rate, Member purchase rate and amount of Queue.
- Store Planning & Optimization: Created a Store planning & Optimization data model with Power BI and Dataiku that generate insights regarding Till usage/pressure in Store. Large amount of data and usage of SQL.
- Improve App Stability/Usage through data: Creating Tracking/Dashboards within Power BI, Looker Studio and Splunk that have improved our knowledge about customer behavior, App stability and Errors within the user path..
