• At customers Argenta, Daikin, Delta Lloyd Life, FAVV, Flemish government, Telfort, Swedish Post responsible for: o Service level management: coordination and reporting of the IT services delivered; o Service request management: assess and assign service requests; o Problem management: coordination of the root cause analysis process in case of a significant service interruption; o Financial management: responsible for the financial performance of a contract; o Asset and Configuration management: responsible for the administration of the equipment that is being managed.• Involved in the add-on business process: validate and implement additional business.• Responsible for the operational readiness process for new customer.

• Responsible for Windows system management at customers ABN AMRO, AEGON, CWT, DSM, Dutch Railways and others.• Co-lead and coordinate the work of a team of about 15 peers.• Responsible for the back office integration project for Ericsson Western Europe.

• Provided technical sales support.• Project manager for the IT part of a new branch office for Fastnet Nederland.• Coordinator of a PC-deployment team at Delta Lloyd.• Responsible for the deployment of new office automation hardware at Vedior Netherlands and Belgium.
