Gap year which turned into more than a gap year: Working holiday in the UK, making sure that half of London received potatoes for Christmas and the other half received their Sainsbury salads and pizza's. On a more serious note: Learned a great deal about finance, supply chains, logistics, management styles, business processes and optimisation, and some softer skills such as the non-financial incentives that can be used to motivate and drive people.
