Since more than 30 years I've been involved in collective rights management. Starting as a clerk at Stim in 1989 with the duty to identify a wide range of various music used in Swedish broadcasting as part of the distribution process, I moved on to designing the systems supporting the core business of collective rights management. My aim has always been to design and create applications that provide improved efficiency at the same time being user-friendly. I believe that listening to the opinion of the end user is key to the development of successful solutions. One day I will have taken part in designing the world's most versatile copyright application covering all aspects of the industry.Specialties: Listening to the opinion of the end user. Translating business needs into specifications that IT can understand and use for design and development. Analytical and well organized way of working. Based on my long experience, being an honest mentor with the ambition to see other people grow in their capacities. Creating as well as executing individual induction packages for new starters on different levels in the company.
