Initiated and led Kry's largest product area, scaling it from 1 cross functional team of 8 employees to 11 cross functional teams of 70+ employees. Built tools for healthcare professionals with focus on user experience, efficiency, medical quality and scalability. Recruited, managed and led a distributed team of 11 product managers including 2 Group product managers.Grew the number of healthcare professionals from 400 Swedish doctors to more than 7000 doctors, nurses and psychologists from all over Europe.Participated in shaping Kry's strategic direction as a member of the global extended management team and participated in raising Kry's €140M series C and €300M series D. Led the adaptation of the +250 people RnD organisation in ways of working and new products in response to the Covid-19 pandemic.

As Head of Operations I was operatively responsible for an amazing team, building the world's most social robots. The areas of responsibility included fundraising, people ops and recruitment, finance, legal, IP as well as coordination of the different development teams and their alignment towards the company goals and vision.

Furhat Robotics are building and shipping the world's most social robots. As Head of Business Development I reported to the CEO and lead the commercial team in sales, marketing, commercial events, and partnerships. Together we secured some big name customers and partners including DNB, Deutsche Telecom, IBM and Accenture. I also worked closely together with the CEO to secure a 2.5 Million USD seed funding round from some of the Europe's top VC's.

Magnea was founded with the vision to motivate elderly and hospitalised patients to increase their physical activity levels. To accomplish this we built a wearable sensor and used machine learning to quantify activities like lying in bed, walking, sitting and sleeping as well as detecting traumatic falls. We combined the sensor with a gamified tablet application for the users and a web interface for the staff. Magnea raised an angel round from sophisticated private investors, reached 10+ employees and had customers like Attendo and Karolinska Institutet before exiting to a competitor during market consolidation.
