I december 2022 förvärvade Softhouse Nordic AB hela verksamheten i Neava Technologies AB samt IP:n i vårt produktbolag och bytte namn till Softhouse Neava AB. Utöver verksamhetsansvaret som VD ansvarade jag för integrationen in i Softhouse-koncernen, vilket slutfördes i slutet av 2023.

Som VD för den operativa verksamheten i våra konsultbolag Neava Technologies AB i Luleå och i Neava Stockholm AB, på distans i Stockholm, ansvarade jag för budget och ekonomiuppföljning, kund- och marknadsbearbetning, resursplanering, personalansvar för upp till 30 medarbetare, inkl. utveckling- och lönesamtal för samtliga medarbetare, rekrytering och representation av Neava i olika event såsom IT-branschråd, studentevent och andra kundevenemang.Jag har mångårig erfarenhet av styrelsearbete som styrelseledamot i IT-konsultbolagen Neava AB, Neava Technologies AB samt Neava Stockholm AB och som Styrelseordförande och ansvarig och drivande i uppstarten av verksamheten i innovations- och produktbolaget Neava Studios AB.Som delägare i Neava AB var jag drivande och delaktig i att definiera våra ägardirektiv och omsätta detta i våra långsiktiga strategier och mål för verksamheten för våra konsultbolag Neava Technologies AB och Neava Stockholm AB, samt för vårt produktbolag Neava Studios AB.

Projects:2012-2013 AviImEx project Systems Architect in a project with the goal to develop a system which makes it possible for traders to send simple declarations(notifications) to the Swedish Customs. The system was built in Java on the existing SOA-based architecture, using JbossESB and MQ. Tasks included analysing requirements and specifications, designing technical solutions, guiding implementers at the sprint planning, communicating with the integration team and managing deliveries. 2011 Pricedata ProjectSystems Architect in a project implementing an application handling trade statistics sent from SCB via SHS. The application is built in java on a SOA-based architecture using JbossESB, JMS and SOAP/XML and also deployed on a Jboss application server. The data was stored in an Ingres database. This was the first project using Agile methodology and Scrum. 2010 Mars - 2010 DecemberInvolved in a pre-study how to replace digital signatures and user authentication based on symmetrical keys(SÄKDATA). The goal of the pre-study was to find a concept for securely communicating on a public network. A Public Key Infrastructure(PKI) was chosen and a POC was developed.2009 June - 2010 Mars On parental leave2008 Januari - 2009 JunePart of a team developing an application handling quota information managed centrally by the Commission. The application handles quota requests from companies and also daily updated quota reference data sent from the Commission.The application was built in Java and also the first application developed on the new SOA-based architecture. The TARIC data was stored in an Oracle database using hibernate framwork and as presentation JSP and Struts framwork were used. WebLogic was used as application server. A Tuxedo client(MCC) receives the transit declarations from a queue and puts them on a MQ-queue from which the application reads the transit declarations.I was responsible for developing the application handling the business data in the transit declarations. The application was built in C on a Open VMS-environment and Ingres was used as database. Tasks included requirement specification, analysis and design, development, test and delivery. I also supported the project manager in the initial project planning phase.2003-2004 Twinning project for the Estonian CustomsMember in a team developing a customs tariff application for the Estonian Customs. The goal of the application was to handle TARIC/EU customs tariff data sent on a daily basis to each member country from a central database. The application was partly built in C and partly in Java.My focus was mainly the part of the application which basically loaded the database with the business data. The application was developed in C on a Linux environment. Oracle Pro*C was used for batch updating of the Oracle database. The Java part was mainly for presenting the tariff data. I was also responsible for education and training the users of the application at the Estonian Customs.
