Main responsabilities:- Handling Daily cash management- Providing main stakeholders with payment information- Preparing and execution of all payments- Cash forecasting- Key contact point for both internal and external auditors, suppliers and other internal departments- Manage and follow up relationship with external banks- Member of the implementation team for new ERP software

My main tasks and responsibilities:- In the matter of granting intercompany loans to Bayer Group entities worldwide: Contact local finance managers Prepare profitability analysis Issue loan contracts Hedge currency risks with external banks Initiate and monitor corresponding payments Monitor bank limits in order to control counterparty risk Reporting for monitoring and account purposes- In the matter of managing the financial position: Plan and report daily liquidity Follow up Cross-border cash pooling of Belgian entities Prepare deposits and loans Buy and sell foreign currencies Prepare Corporate Financial Planning- Responsible for ICS (Internal Control System) within the department- Setup / manage relationship with several (international) banks- Give support to other departments throughout the company in finance and treasury related topics
