As from the 1st of January 2016 I have the role of Partner Account Manager at InExchange. Together with my colleagues we will insure a good and profitable cooperation with InExchange partners.I started out in February 2012 at InExchange as a new business seller of solutions for electronic customer invoices.From that I took an a role as Key Account Manager including amongst others:* Strategic and operational Business development.* Key Account Management.* Existing and new business negotiation and contract signing.* Strategic relationship building.* New business sales.* Technical EDI solution selling.

As a Management Consultant I had many tasks.For instance I worked with:* Direct and operational leadership of 35 consultants.* B2B sales including offering, agreement negotiation and contract siging.* Hiring consultants, including interviews, background checks et cetera.* Business development.* HR administration.

As Business Manager at Transom Norrköping my working areas were* Member of local leader board.* Strategic and operational leadership. Including leading 3 team leaders, schedule planning of all 7 team leaders on the site, planning of operations, janitorial and front desk.* Key Account management.* Business development of both existing and new business.I started as a CSR at Transcom Kungsör in february 2002. For almost 9 years I had a fantastic time and a great career. My career at Transcom can be summed up as:* Business Manager (70 people)* Administrative Team Leader for the department (150 people)* Operational Team leader for the tech support 2nd Line team (in charge of over 30 people)* Product specialist and trainer including training in xDSL of support technicians in Groningen, Holland* CSR Tech support, customer service and sales.

I started my career working for the music school at Köpings Municipality. At my first job I learnt how to work administratively, answering the office phone, reparing musical instruments, tech support for computers et cetera.I then went on doing my military service as a conscript at the Norther band of the Swedish Royal army. I applied and got in to a 5 month long under officer school. After a short break of 6 months working at pubs I returned to the Swedish Army and the Swedish Army Band working as a Sergeant First Class complete with leading 60 conscripts in military excercise, weapon training, musical march and group dynamics.
