Contracted to devise and execute a strategic IT and product development roadmap together with Cabonline’s CEO, after global private equity firm H.I.G. Capital's acquisition of Cabonline’s parent Fågelviksgruppen (now Cabonline Group). Program manager for technology and digitization activities within the group’s post-acquisition transformation program. Diverse portfolio of responsibilities, including roadmap management, staff planning and budgeting, market and competitor analysis, and training and coaching of project managers and product owners. Consulting assignment through Nordic Interim Executive Management.

I was recruited to Klarna to build a new Program Management Office, set up as a central staff function reporting directly to the dCEO. In addition to leading and managing a team of c. 10 project managers, my task was to introduce a structured, agile process for portfolio, program and project management at Klarna. Since I started, the company's overview and control both of the overall development portfolio and of individual projects increased significantly, as well as the number of projects delivered on time.I was a member of the Engineering division's management team from the start, and in November 2013, the PMO formally became a part of Engineering, with me reporting to the CIO.

When Eniro's Group Service Delivery division was formed through the merger of Group IT and Business Operations, I was given the task of building a new Program Management Office, responsible for the tactical planning and operational management of Eniro's corporate development portfolio. We were initially 13 project, program and portfolio managers, in Stockholm, Oslo and Copenhagen, with me as department head. I was a member of the divisional management team, reporting to the SVP Group Service Delivery.

AlltOmMotor Bilweb was a wholly owned subsidiary of Eniro, set up to publish the Swedish classifieds site for new and used cars, www.bilweb.se.

As Online Program Manager, I acted as the chief liaison officer between Eniro Group IT and the Products & Services Division (responsible for the development and marketing of eniro.se, krak.dk, kvasir.no, gulesider.no, eniro.fi, etc.). I was a member of both organisations' management teams, reporting to the group CIO. My primary responsibility was to manage the overall IT development portfolio for Eniro's online services - aligning commercial and technical roadmaps, finding synergies between initiatives, and helping "IT" and "Business" understand each other.From March 2010, I was also Head of the Nordic Program Management Office at Group IT, then comprising 11 senior project managers in Sweden and Denmark.

As project manager at Eniro Sverige Online, I led a couple of high profile product development projects at eniro.se, most notably the launch of "Eniro Super Search" and the integration of Eniro's maps with the leading Swedish real estate listings site, hemnet.se. I also managed the final phase of a major outsourcing project, whereby all of Eniro Sweden's IT operations and support were transferred to HP.

My last position at Observer was as the Nordic product manager for "Monitor" - the largest of Observer's five product areas, representing well over half of the company's revenues. As product manager, I was a member of the Nordic Business Development department, focusing comparatively more on product development than on product marketing. The single product I worked most with, was Observer's WebAgent, an appreciated and fast-growing module within the Observer Online platform, later rebranded CisionPoint.The Observer Group changed its name to Cision worldwide in April 2007. Cision operates within reputation management and media intelligence. Cision has nearly SEK 1.8 billion in sales and 2,700 employees in the US, UK, Sweden, Canada, Germany, Norway, Finland, Denmark, Portugal and Lithuania.

Responsible for exploring and exploiting new IT opportunities within media monitoring at Observer’s corporate headquarters. Acted alternately as project client and project manager. Led the IT due diligence process for Observer’s acquisitions in Canada and the United States. Managed vendors and partners. Travelled extensively to Observer’s offices in the Nordics, Germany, the UK, and Portugal.

After the Observer Group acquired the UK's leading media monitoring agency, Romeike & Curtice, I was relocated to the London office to lead and support various process integration and harmonization projects. I reported to the MD of Romeike.

Sifo Group Guidance was formed as a joint venture between Sifo Group (later Observer Group) and Guide Konsult. My first project there concerned automated digital monitoring of TV broadcasts, for which I developed a prototype system, using MATLAB. I then worked as systems architect and technical project manager. In particular on a big long-term project implementing scanning, OCR and electronic search technology at Observer Norway
