I am a Deputy General Manager with experience in the advertising, marketing, and sports industries. I have a proven track record of success in producing attractive and creative content, launching new brands, developing marketing campaigns, and managing sports clubs. I graduated from film school with a major in film production, and I have a passion for creativity, marketing, and team management. I am also an avid athlete and have played football for over 15 years and recently Padel for over 3 years.In my previous role at Firefly Communication, I was responsible for developing and implementing a content production department. I worked with key companies and government organizations in Qatar to produce diverse content, including video, photography, and social media. I also developed a passion for brand development during this time.I then joined Jaidah Group, where I was appointed Marketing Manager with the mission to launch the brands Hyundai and Genesis in the Qatari market. I implemented tactical campaigns, brand campaigns, products launches, marketing activations, and sponsorships. In addition, I learned more about customer relationship management and built accurate customer marketing campaigns to increase retention and fidelity.In 2021, I joined Padel IN, a family business established in Qatar in 2019 with the vision to become the biggest padel franchise in the Middle East. I was appointed Deputy General Manager with the mission to establish the brand and put in place the right management, strategy, and marketing to expand the network while providing a large range of sports services while expanding the club's network. Since my appointment, Padel IN has opened 2 new clubs in Qatar, including the biggest Padel indoor club in the Middle East open 24/7. As of today, Padel IN has 4 clubs in Qatar, 1 club in Kuwait, and 4 clubs in KSA. I also created the Padel IN academy with the vision to train the future champions of tomorrow and also the Padel IN Tour concept that organizes Padel tournaments in the Middle East.
