Recruited as a financial business partner to program executives and project managers in IT delivery organization, to improve accuracy of cash flow projections, and improve quality in monthly and annual financial closing.• Took financial lead in project to establish delivery organization to develop, test, deploy, and maintain all software, databases, and infrastructure for IKEA’s global online, e-commerce, and multi-channel retail capabilities. Secured funding for project, modeled running cost projections, and designed framework for capacity planning and charging of cost to internal customers. Organization is now in full operation and currently employs more than 500 people.
