In Oracle, I led various stages of user-centered design to renew or create internal platforms that would impact daily operations across different business areas in Latin America. My main responsibilities included:As a UX/UI Senior Designer:-Conducting user consultations and research through forms, interviews, and journey mapping, validated through product testing.-Processing and identifying key insights and improvements aligned with product requirements.-Prototyping in low, medium, or high fidelity to meet user needs and align with the product backlog.-Using Oracle's design systems (Redwood) and development frameworks such as Vuetify 2 and APEX for prototyping.-Creating visual identities for internal projects, enhancing communication systems and campaigns within Oracle to increase visibility.-Guiding prototypes through user validation and stakeholder approval, collecting final feedback through behavioral tests and A/B testing.-Ensuring efficient delivery to development for production, and providing support in validation and -testing throughout different development stages.As a Product Owner Junior:-Initiating the first contact with stakeholders to understand their needs.-Validating primary objectives to structure Minimum Viable Products (MVPs).-Technical validation of all backlog functionalities, including MVPs, with the development team.-Sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and planned adjustments.-Daily meetings with the project team and checkpoints with stakeholders.-Product validation and management of approval standards.-Testing, monitoring, and managing stakeholder communication for validations and corrections.-Product delivery.

As a UX/UI Designer with a focus on Graphic Design at Wigilabs, I started by creating intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for various platforms such as iOS, Android, web, and desktop. I have worked on the design of MiClaro App and MiClaro App Lite for web, iOS, and Android. Additionally, I collaborated with multiple external clients where aesthetics, functionality, and usability were top priorities. A significant part of my responsibilities included:-User research and information gathering.-App Prototyping: Using tools like Adobe XD, Invision, and Zeplin to create interactive prototypes that enhance user experience and validate design concepts from the early stages of development.-A/B Testing: Visual and functional validation and testing of products in development environments, including version comparisons.-Advertising Design: Developing compelling visual assets for advertising campaigns that effectively communicate messages and campaigns for various clients, including designing attractive animations that enhance campaign effectiveness.
