Contracted by Serco Nederland BVSupporting the Head of ICT at ESTEC in the field of Workplace Services.The main tasks include:- ensuring adequacy of IT infrastructure, identification of necessary evolution, coordination of related procurement, installation, integration and testing;- engineering support to IT evolution activities;- support to workplace evolution activities, in particular hardware and software standards, configurations, policies and procedures;- provision of consultancy in information systems related aspects such as applications, technology, development methodologies, etc.;More generally- management of processes and tasks that are relevant for the execution of IT projects and their need to be delivered within a restrictive timescale, and ensuring contractual agreements are fulfilled within the framework of an outsourced business model (KPIs and SLAs)- management of ESTEC related corporate evolution projects and monitoring of the suppliers- interfacing with ESA corporate IT applications and IT and communications infrastructure- liaison with user community within and outside the hosting Directorate and provision of user support in relation to above tasks.
